RV Description
Located in Waxahachie Texas. 2009 Carriage Cameo 37KS3 fifth wheel. We purchased this RV in 2014 and have kept it consistently maintained with no deferred maintenance. Everything works as it should, and it has never had any leaks or water intrusion.
Major replacements include the main A/C, microwave, and refrigerator cooling components since 2018; the tires and front A/C within the past five years; and a new water heater last year. Other appliances and components have been repaired or replaced as needed during our ownership.
The Cameo was a higher-end fifth wheel when new, with solid construction, quality cabinetry, and a spacious residential-style interior.
There is normal cosmetic wear for a 2009 RV. Some interior cabinet finish could use touch-up, the exterior decals are cracking with age, and the awning works properly but the fabric should be replaced.
Overall, this is a well-maintained fifth wheel with the major mechanical items working properly and many of the expensive age-related components already replaced..
