2015 Lance 2185. Sleeps 7. Title in hand. Selling since our kids don't camp with us anymore. Looking for something smaller.

Only used in southern California. No hail damage, no winter use, no flood exposure, never on salted roads.
(5) newer tires with 3,080 miles on them.
(2) new deep six Interstate batteries 2 months old
(2) newer Propane bottles. (1) is brand new and both are nearly full.

Added square tube rear bumper that holds tank drain hose

Solar charge unit installed under trailer. I did not want to alter the roof membrane for roof top solar.

Usage;

Zero hours on A/C unit. We dry camped only, with no generator. Never camped with full hook ups.
Stereo has zero hours of usage.
Oven used at most 5 or 6 times.
Black water tank has never had solids of any type in it.
Less than 5 nights using heater

Does not have a TV or microwave. Purchased from Lance in this configuration. We do not cook with a microwave and we don't use electronics of any type while camping. Both are very inexpensive and plug right in to power outlets and input sources present in trailer.

One minor accident. Someone rolled into the right rear bumper. Only damaged the bumper. No other damage to box or chassis. Replaced stock rear bumper with aluminum square tube bumper for drain hose storage. No other issues caused by accident.

Ready to take out and camp right now. Returned from our last camping trip 9-10-26.

Tows at 6,000 lbs. GVW.

It has been an excellent trailer. Very comfortable and very roomy.

I am only available every other week to view trailer due to work schedule. Appointments will need to be made in advance.
