The perfect couples camper that my wife (then girlfriend when originally bought new) have loved having. Mainly selling due to needing a larger camper more fitted for family travel.

The camper has been used but is still in great condition along with some quality of life upgrades.

The things we've loved about it include:
- 200 factory solar setup. Does a fantastic job keeping the battery topped off.
- Dual axles make it track great on the road and add quite a lot of cargo capacity that you'd be hard pressed to even come close to overloading.
- Good size fresh, grey, and black tanks that lend itself well to some light boondocking, such as through Harvest Hosts
- No slides means less complications as the years go on, and the space never was a real problem for my wife and I as its layout works well with the murphy bed and spacious bathroom for a camper of this size.
- The better stabilizers also do a good job of keeping the camper nice and solid feeling when camping.

Some Upgrades:
- 1000 watt inverter was added and powers the GFCI outlets allowing the usage of AC devices when not hooked up to shore power.
- An LP propane quick connect was added at the rear to allow for easier cooking setup. Uses the same line as the water heater and stores right in the side of the camper.
- Has a Levelmate Pro bluetooth inside making it a breeze to get it perfectly leveled
- Upgraded tires that only have about 4k miles on them, they do need to be set to 75 PSI though. Also installed Hub Savers
- The tires have a TPMS system setup to help keep track when towing (super useful for random pressure loss while on the road. I had to replace the valve stem on one during a trip. But no blowouts! :))
- A 100 amp hour LiFeP04 battery with a quick connect for things like tire inflators
- Propane tank gauge
- Shower head upgrade along with some bathroom fixtures
- A Kohree Fan Vent (works so much better than that tiny fan that it came with)
- Amazon fire TV with articulating bracket. (Connects to the bluetooth soundbar for improved sound quality)
- Farm style kitchen faucet
- Memory foam topper for the mattress (It is actually quite comfortable and we have had no issues the multiple week long trips we have taken sleeping on it)
- Upgraded exterior speakers
- Extra waste gate
- Backup camera setup

Damage:
It does have some slight delamination, some of which I have addressed, and some I have not but it would not be hard to. Just we're upgrading so I have not tackled it. It is under the kitchen side window on the utility side of the camper. Other than that it's in great condition with minimal wear on the inside.
