We've taken good care of our second home on wheels. The first modification we made was to install a luxurious Seeley hybrid mattress to ensure a good nights sleep. The mattress has been covered with a waterproof protective cover to prevent stains and protect the mattress. We dont travel with pets so the RV has been pet-free its whole life. Annual resealing of roof hardware accomplished when needed, as well as regular car washes and oil changes. We've replaced plastic roof pieces as they deteriorate in the sun so 2 roof vent covers are brand new. The V8 motor runs like a champion and is surprisingly easy to drive once you get used to wide turns and a tall roof. There are 2 seatbelts in the house, so the vehicle can transport 4 humans, including 1 child-seat anchor. Our Chateau has truly been a Chateau for us these past few years. It enabled many memorable adventures and a flexible lifestyle. We've started new jobs that prevent us from using our rig on a regular basis, so we think it would be better to find it a new home for someone else to enjoy. Known defects (pictures included in listing):

A centimeter-sized paint chip on the left rear portion of the house

The face of the radio does not sit exactly flush with the dash. This is a result of us installing soundproof material on the back side of the dash. If someone is a little handy this is probably an easy fix, we just haven't gone through the effort.

We've put bumper-stickers of our travels on the back. These can be removed by request prior to sale.

The wood trim directly underneath the refrigerator has absorbed some water and swollen slightly. We didnt realize that the high humidity where we live was condensing and collecting in the bottom of the fridge until after a small drip. Now we operate with a small towel below the refrigerator doors to collect any condensation.
