RV Description
Bunkhouse travel trailer in great condition. Ready to camp now, with cables, hoses, tools, etc. No pets or smokers have stayed in it. New awning 9/19/26, professionally installed. New outdoor LED lights. Roof professionally checked 9/19/26. New weather stripping. Recliner/loveseat replaced this year due to known Dutchman issues with the pleather coverings, so you will not have to do it. Bunk beds rebuilt to safely hold children (tested using adults). Includes a LevelMatePro for fast and accurate single-person leveling using your phone. Easy Start professionally installed on AC so you can run it off of a 3000 Watt generator (I use a Craftsman 3000i).

Comes with two hitches.
Hitch 1: Propride 3P that lets smaller tow vehicles tow a trailer this size (originally cost $4k with delivery).
Hitch 2: E2 Round bar weight distribution hitch for larger tow vehicles.

Length: 32' 10", weight: 5811lbs, height: 10'7". Steel trailer frame, with housing made with aluminum frame construction, laminated components, and wood-free flooring system for the lightest weights in its class. Reduced wood construction significantly reduces the risk of termite or carpenter ant infestations common in Florida.
