2017 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2504S travel trailer with one slide. Asking $12,000 OBO. The rebuilt title is in hand, in my name, and has no lien.

Family layout with a front sofa/Murphy-bed area, dinette, rear bunks, kitchen, and bathroom. Manufacturer specifications: 25 ft 9 in long, 5,098 lb dry weight, 635 lb dry hitch weight, 1,525 lb cargo capacity, and 43/30/30-gallon fresh/gray/black tanks.

I have personally tested the interior lights, slide, awning, microwave, air conditioner, plumbing, stove/oven, refrigerator, furnace, water heater, trailer brakes, toilet, indoor shower, outdoor shower, exterior grill, and exterior propane connection. They operated properly when tested. The battery holds a charge properly.

Known defects are photographed and disclosed: substantial peeling/wear on the dinette upholstery; damaged/open propane-tank cover; broken shower skylight; some exterior dents and visible caulking/caulked areas; bathroom floor creaks slightly (cause not diagnosed); and the electric tongue jack no longer works. I raise and lower the jack manually with a wrench, which is easy to do. I am not aware of any current or past water leaks, staining, soft spots, or rot.

I do not have the complete damage or repair history behind the rebuilt title. I believe prior exterior damage may have involved a fallen tree limb and was patched, but this is not confirmed. Buyers should rely on their own inspection. No condition issue is intentionally hidden.

Included: full camper cover with wheel covers, exterior propane grill, 10-gallon wheeled portable water tank, 30-amp extension cord, weight-distributing hitch with sway bar, two wheel chocks, freshwater hose with inline filter, Sidewinder sewer-hose supports, and spare tire.
