Fun Finder 22 travel trailer RV in excellent condition with several upgrades.

First owner had it for 11 years as family vacation trailer. He was a sailor and sealed the thing up like a boat. Family grew and they were getting a larger RV. He stored under an RV port and with a cover. I bought it 2014 and put it on my property where I was building my home; stayed there whenever I visited the property. I had the Amish build an RV port and its been stored under there since October 2024. I havent taken it on any trips.

Stored under cover and routinely maintained. No water leak issues, ever. All wiring and plumbing in excellent condition.

Upgrades:
- New on demand Camplux water heater.
- New microwave
- New sink faucet with flexible stem

Comes with:
- heated Camco water hose
- Tow sway bars
- Tire stabilizers and extra tire
- New 20 flexible sewer hose
- Portable quiet AC unit with venting accessories. (The RV AC works well but its loud.)
- Ice maker machine (saves on freezer space)
- Rolling center island providing extra storage and table space. Surface is butcher board.
- Foldable twin foam mattress and airflow pad to go underneath it.
- Two propane tanks, both about half full.
- 25 RV main power cord, and adapter plug for a regular extension cord
- Rhino 21 gal Black tank disposal unit.

Issues:
- the stovetop igniter button nonfunctional. Must use a lighter.
- Some tape marks on the lower sides from foam insulation around the base during colder months. I was able to get most off but some have been stubborn.
