Rare 1950 Silver Streak Clipper Model 7 vintage aluminum travel trailer. Silver Streak Trailer Co., El Monte, California. Serial No. 2128.

This beautiful 76-year-old Silver Streak has been substantially customized and updated over the years while retaining its wonderful vintage riveted-aluminum character.

The interior features beautiful wood cabinetry, polished aluminum walls and ceiling, wood flooring, a spacious curved front lounge/dinette, separate sleeping area, storage and updated electrical components. It has a wonderful warm, handcrafted feel and could make a fantastic vintage camper, guest space, creative retreat or restoration/customization project.

Condition: This trailer is being sold AS-IS. It was broken into while in storage and some of the wiring was damaged. The electrical system will need to be inspected and repaired by the new owner. It is not being represented as road-ready.

Single axle. Tires appear to be in usable condition, but buyer should inspect tires, axle, bearings, hitch, brakes and all towing components before transport or road use. A temporary towing light bar or other appropriate lighting arrangement will be needed for transport.

The trailer has been altered/customized by previous owners and is not being represented as an original 1950 restoration.

Ownership/title paperwork in hand. Vehicle ID/serial number matches trailer identification plate. Title transfer status to be confirmed.
