2022 Winnebago ERA 4x4 70A Floorplan V6 Engine Clean Title

WHEN PURCHASED:
December 2025 from Cordelia RV Center in Fairfield, CA (we are the second owner)

INTERIOR UPGRADES:
2 x 460Ah Epoch heated lithium batteries configured in a 24V series
2 x Victron Super Cycle 100Ah 12V batteries
3000 Watt Multiplus II 24V Victron inverter
Victron Advanced MPPT 100/50 solar charge controller
Victron Orion-Tr Smart 24/12-30A (360W) (auxiliary charger that steps the 24V power down to 12V)
Victron Energy Orion XS 1400 DC-DC (alternator to charge the batteries from the Mercedes engine)
Victron Lynx Power-In (combines the lithium batteries power into a singular hub)
Victron SmartShunt 500 (battery monitor gauge up to 500 amps)
Victron Cerbo GX (the brain of the system that gathers real-time data from the batteries, solar, inverters)
Victron Cerbo Touch 70 (GUI panel touchscreen inside the van displaying the Cerbo GX collected data)
GSCM-WiFi Generator Start (gen autostart and/or manual start from the GUI panel)
Starlink 24V DC-to-DC power converter (changes the 24V to the Starlink Mini required power level)
New chassis AGM battery (December 2025)

All interior upgrades were professionally installed by Off Grid Solar Specialists, LLC (January 2026)

EXTERIOR UPGRADES:
SHOCKS & LEAF SPRINGS
-Shocks and leaf springs replaced with Owl Vans Arrow Trail Pro Suspension 3500 Dually in April 2026. This is a heavy duty system that was a complete replacement of the vans suspension and leaf springs. The suspension can be modified in macro and micro adjustments with the click of a dial on the shocks. Macro is for terrain between 1 (off road), 2 (around town/highway) or 3 (interstate). Micro is per the drivers preference between 1-10. We usually keep it on macro 3, micro 4.

The leaf springs were completely replaced as the Winnebago factory delivers the van with the leaf springs overloaded and frowning. Owl Vans setup has eight leaf springs as well as an engagement wedge that ensures stability and constant leaf spring engagement for the van.

SOLAR:
-Four 150 watt solar panels transmitting up to 600 watts of solar. The solar panels were purchased new from and installed by Off Grid Solar Specialists, LLC in January 2026. The panels are slim and fit perfectly on the Black River roof grid system that came with the van from Winnebago.

STARLINK:
-Starlink Mini installed and affixed to the roof with true realized ~220Mb download speeds (in-motion or stationary). The Mini has an internal router that works extremely well inside and outside of the van. The Starlink Mini was installed by Off Grid Solar Specialists, LLC in January 2026.

AIR CONDITIONING:
-Furrion Chill Cube A/C 18K BTU unit replaced the factory default Coleman. It provides 18K BTU of cooling at a variable speed rate set by the user between low, medium, high and turbo. This A/C is simply amazing given its use of an inverter driven variable speed compressor rather than the single speed motor found in traditional Dometic or Coleman units. Due to the lithium battery bank and 3,000 watt inverter, the A/C runs flawlessly off solely the lithium batteries. We have used this extensively dry camping/boondocking.

WHEELS, TIRES & TPMS:
-Method wheels (front and dually) purchased new at Discount Tire in December 2025. The dually wheels also have valve stem extensions on each inner wheel for easy tire pressure access.

-Falken Wildpeak Tires purchased new at Discount Tire in December 2025. The tires have ~9,000 miles on them and are rotated every 5,000 miles alongside the oil change at the same time interval. These tires work extremely well in on-road & off-road conditions and complement the vans 4x4 drivetrain very well.

TPMS: Each tire has a valve stem pressure monitor cap that reads out the tire pressure in real time to a dash mounted device

WIND FAIRING & SKYLIGHT:
-A front fairing was purchased and installed new by Colorado Fairing in March 2026. This device is what is on the front of the van above the windshield that eliminates wind noises from whistling or hitting the roof mounted solar panels. A fairing is an absolute must for any van with roof mounted equipment.

-A dark skylight was installed in the front area of the van in lieu of the stock Winnebago noisy fan that whistled from the wind while driving.

REAR EXTERIOR STORAGE:
-New 180 degree rear door hinges installed by Owl Vans that allows heavier loads on the doors that are now ready for Owl Vans (or other brands) exterior boxes or carriers for storage of equipment, tools, recreational toys, etc...

30 amp shore power cord, 50 amp to 30 amp adapter, 30 amp to 15 amp (110V) adapter, 30 amp shore surge protector, rear mount box ready carrier, 1UP double bike carrier, leveling blocks

This van has the crème interior with dark wood that is beautiful and modern. The van is heated by the Truma Combi Eco Plus system that runs off the stock Winnebago installed huge 67 lb. propane tank that is permanently attached to the chassis underneath. The Truma heats the van very well and provides hot water. The very large propane tank ensures ample heat supply to the Truma system and fuel for the factory installed Onan 2500 QG LP generator that is very quiet.

OWNER COMMENTS:
If you are looking for the ultimate van then look no further. The only reason we are selling it is because we are purchasing a diesel pusher and will not use this beautiful van anymore. With the upgrades, we can comfortably dry camp/boondock while staying connected to the Internet and confidently run the A/C with ease off the lithium batteries...no shore power needed thanks to the 3,000W inverter and the Furrion Chill Cubes inverter driven variable speed compressor. If we need to top off the batteries, the generator (or even the Mercedes alternator) is always there with the push of a button on the GUI panel to start right up. The four 150W solar panels charge it beautifully on sunny days too. There is also a smart TV that connects to Starlink to watch all the various apps. I have set this van up for off grid camping in style with redundant power systems so you can truly enjoy being in the outdoors without having to worry about the vehicle to get you there!
