THE WS31

The Quantum WS31 offers an exceptionally spacious layout for a Class C, thanks to its full-wall slide. With the slide extended, the living area becomes a comfortable retreat with plenty of room to relax and sleep up to six.

The kitchen is well equipped with a residential-size refrigerator (electric, 100v), gas stove and oven, microwave, double sink and plenty of cabinet storage.

The living area provides generous seating with a large dinette and jacknife sofa. Additional cabinets and storage throughout the living area, while the private rear bedroom includes a comfortable bed, excellent storage and its own Smart TV.

The full bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and additional storage.

There is also substantial exterior storage for camping gear, chairs, tools and everything else needed for longer trips.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

This motorhome has been owned and cared for by us since new. We have kept up with routine engine and chassis maintenance, including regular oil changes. The transmission and differential fluids were changed in April 2022, the house batteries were replaced in May 2022, and the awning was completely replaced in July 2026.

The roof is in good condition and has received regular preventative cleaning and conditioning. The leveling system works properly, and there are no known issues with the engine, chassis, electrical system or major house systems.

The original 110V refrigerator operates from shore power or from the house batteries through the inverter.
