This is a 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 4×4, 170″ Extended High Roof with approximately 59,000 miles, professionally designed and built by Pura Vida Vans in Pennsylvania.
This is not a basic DIY conversion with a mattress and portable battery thrown in the back. It was designed from the beginning to be a legitimate off-grid home on wheels, while still maintaining a relatively discreet exterior.
