Ive owned this unit for three years. Enjoyed every minute of it new tires on it two years ago and Powder coated the Wheels black, LED under glow all the way around multicolor. All service has been done transmission rear end engine air filters Generator has 1850 hours serviced every hundred hours new refrigerator a year ago. Water softener installed new king size mattress. Includes 10,000 pound flat tow hitch and hitch for bicycles.. many extra parts extra water pump slide out motors all filters, belts new batteries installed one year ago three solar panels on the roof. Power door awning 40 foot of double awnings under slide out lights all power awnings have LED lights running down them
