RECENT MAJOR COMPONENT UPDATES

VROOM SLIDE UPGRADE: Both rear Schwintek slide systems upgraded to heavy-duty Vroom systems in April 2024 and February 2025. Transferable warranties included.

NEW GENERATOR: Onan 8.0 kW Quiet Diesel generator, replaced in 2025 following a service maintenance error. New unit has only 120.2 hours and operates properly.

NEW TIRES: Six new Michelin X Line Energy Z+ 295/75R22.5 all-position tires installed in April 2025 and always covered when parked.

NEW A/C UNITS: Three new 15,000-BTU A/C units installed in February 2026. Front/rear units include heat pumps; center unit is A/C only.

NEW BATTERIES: New chassis batteries installed in June 2026.

NEW CONVECTION MICROWAVE: Installed in June 2026.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: HWH hydraulic leveling system serviced/recalibrated in July 2026; front driver-side hydraulic jack cylinder replaced in September 2026.

CONDITION NOTES
-------------------------------------------

This is a road-ready coach. To save your time and ours, we believe in full transparency. The following four cosmetic/mechanical items are disclosed:

Freightliner Digital Dash: Cosmetic screen delamination. All inputs, gauges, and display functions operate properly.

Driver-Side Slide Topper: Approximately a 4-inch tear in the fabric. Roller and mechanical assembly operate properly.

Entry-Step Cover: Step cover currently operated manually due to a stripped motor. A brand-new OEM replacement motor is included with the sale to restore full automation.

Dining Area Carpet: A small, localized carpet section in the dining area was removed due to a food stain. The underlying subfloor is completely sound and unaffected.
