RV Description
Selling due to divorce. My pain is your gain.
17 ft Skyline Layton travel trailer in good condition. Stored with a cover the two years we owned it but is showing fading on outside. Has not been used this year and is still winterized.
As of last summer, everything worked. Have not used it this year. My ex-husband was meticulous. He cleaned and conditioned the roof each year, plus cleaning and maintaining all mechanicals. He's a retired master carpenter.
The interior features wood-grain cabinetry, a dinette with brown patterned cushions that converts to a 1 person bed. Full size bed with privacy curtain plus two bunks. Sleeps a total of 5.
Built-in air conditioning unit. Small kitchenette with a stovetop, sink, and fridge. Full bathroom. Outside awning. Stereo system upgraded by last owner. Its fancy enough that I never figured out how to use it but my teen did.
The full mattress was past its prime so Ive ordered a new one.
Blue book is $7000-8300, Im asking $7000. Paid $10,000 for it 2 years ago at Camping World.
