Renovated RV. Make your finishing touches. Sold as-is. Within the last 5 years, we have renovated this RV making the following changes (not a complete list, but gives you an idea):

- Replaced both auxiliary batteries (9/26)
- New luxury mattress in bedroom (not RV grade, more like your home)
- New paint throughout the inside
- Removed carpet and installed LVP
- New tires within last 5 years (less than 10k miles on them)
- Rubber coated roof
- New butcher-block countertop in kitchen and bath
- New sinks/plumbing fixtures in both kitchen and bathroom
- New porcelain toilet
- New interior lighting
- New couch
- New dinette
- New cubbie system w/baskets
- New TV in bedroom
- Removed many (not all) peeling decals

There are several items needing repair/replacement:
- Delamination in several spots (no visible leaks in the interiorcould be old/prior to rubber roof coat).
- One air conditioner needs replacing (the one in the back bedroom area works great)
- Tiny fiberglass chip (can fix with fiberglass repair kit)
- Back TV (newer) not operable. Could be a fuse or wiring to outlet not assembled correctly.
- Firestone airbag suspension system does not work. Unsure if it wasnt connected when we got new tires or if its something else. The controller is inoperable but the airbag components could very well work. Seems to be a wiring issue of some sort.
- TV in the front removed
- Misc.

Overall the RV runs well as does the backup camera, self-leveling jacks, anwning and slide out, kitchen appliances, etc.
