This 1996 COACH HOUSE 192SD is a Class B motorhome with only 44,322 miles on it.
The motorhome is built upon a heavy duty GMC Vandura 3500 chassis.
It has always been stored indoors when not in use, so the interior is still in very good shape.

The 192SD model offers a cozy living space with all the amenities you need for a comfortable trip.
The layout includes a rear dinette area that can be converted into a large bed, a kitchenette with essential appliances and sink up front, including a microwave oven, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The ingenious interior space design and clever stow away shower allows all of those amenities in a vehicle that can maneuver within and park in a typical parking lot space - Amazing!
All of that without a slide-out. There are NO slide outs on this compact Class B motorhome.

The engine is a 5.1 Liter V-8, and can easily tow a trailer via the Class III tow hitch.
Newer tires with lots of tread life remaining. Spare tire included. Recently upgraded main engine radiator.
Of course, there is power steering and power brakes. A separate trailer power brake system has been installed to assist with trailer braking if you're hauling a trailer equipped with its own electric brakes.

The on-board generator is an Onan Microlite 2800 unit, able to power the roof Air Conditioner, microwave, and other powered components. Note that the generator is due for its usual servicing.
The vehicle is self-contained with a 40-gallon water tank, but can be connected to city water and to land power with the 30-AMP power cord. Deep cycle cabin battery, separate from the engine battery, can be interconnected with a switch for charging and dual emergency use.
Permanently installed propane tank under the chassis is easily accessible for filling, isolating, etc.
Extra front bumper guard installed in front of the radiator. Many additional accessory items (hoses, pipes, etc.) are included for filling, connecting to RV overnight spots, discharging, etc.

Permanently installed roll out awning is included, attached over the main side cabin doors.

Seating for EIGHT people. Five persons secured while traveling, with seating for an additional three more people in the "sofa" adjacent to the rear dinette when parked.

Overall, the COACH HOUSE 192SD is a versatile Class B motorhome that combines comfort and functionality in an incredibly compact size.
