2025 BRINKLEY MODEL G 3250 | ORIGINAL OWNER | REAR OFFICE & PATIO

Original-owner 2025 Brinkley Model G 3250, purchased new in September 2024. We are selling as we transition out of full-time RV living. This has been our personal RV, with hands-on maintenance, upgraded entertainment systems and practical improvements made during our ownership.

Located in the Tampa Bay area. Available to view with utilities connected and systems operating. Independent RV inspections are welcome.

OWNER CARE + CONDITION

I own a specialty automotive shop and have been hands-on with this RV's upkeep. Wet bolts have been lubricated and suspension hardware checked at approximately 5,000-mile intervals. All three axles' wheel bearings were professionally repacked in September 2025. Maintenance documentation is available for review.

The RV has never been smoked in. All systems are currently operating correctly, with no noticeable cosmetic damage and no known current leaks or water intrusion. Tires still have good tread.

SEPARATE REAR OFFICE + WALKOUT PATIO

Work without taking over the kitchen table. The separate rear garage/flex room is currently set up as a dedicated office, with an adjustable-height desk, its own exterior entrance, TV, sink, refrigerator and built-in storage.

The rear doors open directly onto an open-air patio with railings and its own power awning. Open it up to enjoy the outdoors, or close the doors to separate the workspace from the deck. The garage/flex layout also provides a separate area for bikes and travel gear.

LIVING, KITCHEN + BEDROOM

This 37-foot-11-inch triple-axle fifth wheel has a residential-style interior with large windows, an L-shaped reclining sectional, electric fireplace and upgraded living-room television.

The kitchen includes a residential GE refrigerator, GE Profile four-burner range and oven, and a convection microwave with air-fry function. There is a kitchen island with seating, generous cabinet and drawer storage, and drop-down utensil storage above the sink.

A convertible dining/work table beside the large living-room window provides another place to eat or work without using the kitchen island.

The bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet with mirrored doors, built-in storage and an upgraded television. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower with overhead and handheld showerheads, a vanity and linen storage.

A washer/dryer and dishwasher are not installed.

EQUIPMENT + OUTDOOR FEATURES

Three air conditioners, the factory-installed onboard generator and a tankless water heater support everyday comfort.

Four power awnings three along the side and one over the rear patio provide outdoor shade. Other features include a GEN-Y fifth-wheel pin box, keypad entry and an exterior refrigerated drawer.

OWNER UPGRADES + INCLUDED EXTRAS

Sony Bravia living-room TV and Samsung OLED bedroom TV replacing the original televisions, plus Apple TV streaming devices on all three TVs, including the rear office/garage TV.
RecPro water softener and upgraded stainless city-water and black-tank-flush connections.
Custom bedroom closet shelf and additional kitchen-drawer and overhead-storage securements for travel.
Camping equipment and spare suspension components, including a spare set of SumoSprings, a spare leaf spring, U-bolts, wet bolts and related hardware.

The included equipment and accessories will be itemized for the sale.

VIEWING + PURCHASE

Walkthroughs are available by appointment in Tampa area, with the RV connected so you can see the systems operating. You are welcome to arrange an independent RV inspection before purchasing.

Our 2024 Ford F-350 Platinum diesel is also available as an optional, separately priced truck-and-RV package. The truck is NOT included in the advertised RV-only price.
