2021 Keystone Fuzion 429 fifth-wheel toy hauler in excellent overall condition, currently located in Jacksonville, Florida. We are selling only because we have decided to downsize to an Airstream.

This 44-foot Fuzion combines residential comfort with the flexibility of a large toy-hauler garage. It offers three slide-outs, three roof-mounted air-conditioning units, an Arctic Package for extended-season use, an onboard Onan generator, automatic leveling, 1.5 bathrooms and a 12-foot 6-inch garage that can be used for motorcycles, a golf cart, recreational equipment, additional sleeping space or a separate entertainment area.

The original RV-style living-room furniture was replaced with upgraded residential furniture, creating a more comfortable, attractive and home-like main living area. The current arrangement includes a leather sofa, matching ottoman and residential dining table with chairs. The furniture was carefully selected and positioned so it does not obstruct or interfere with operation of the slide-outs.

All six tires were replaced with new Goodyear Endurance tires in July 2026, representing an investment of approximately $2,100. This major recent upgrade eliminates an immediate replacement expense and provides the next owner with additional confidence for travel.

The Fuzion is clean, spacious and exceptionally versatile. The main living area offers high ceilings, a large kitchen, substantial storage and plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining. The separate garage and half bathroom make the unit especially well suited for families, motorsports enthusiasts, extended travel or full-time RV living.

In the interest of full transparency, there are two current repair items:

The master-bedroom slide uses a Lippert Schwintek slide system, and one slide rails has require replacement. Similar rail and synchronization issues are commonly encountered in Schwintek-equipped RV slides. Cost to repair slide $2,400-2,500

There is a localized tear in the sheet-vinyl flooring. Estimate to repair $300-500

RV is being sold as is for $52,500, reducing price from $57,000 to account for repairs.

The Fuzion is currently configured for a compatible gooseneck hitch. The buyer will need a properly rated heavy-duty truckgenerally a properly equipped one-ton truckand compatible towing equipment. Buyers are responsible for confirming the towing capacity, payload capacity and hitch compatibility of their particular vehicle.
