Highlights include 2 fixed bunk beds plus a drop-down bunk over the front seats, a very comfortable upgraded RV queen bed, residential French door fridge with icemaker and inverter for power on the road, and a sleeper sofa. Can sleep up to 8. Also notable are the dual A/C units, generator, self-leveling hydraulic jacks, and fiberglass roof (no leaks!). Owned since 2019, garage stored during ownership. Driven approx. 5,000 miles during that time.

Significant upgrades include new Flexsteel captains chairs, upgraded porcelain toilet, backup camera & monitor, Oxygenics shower head, reupholstered dinette seating, Duallyvalve solid valve stems, and EEZ RV tire pressure monitoring system.

Recent maintenance & repairs include new Koni FSD shocks and brake pads in 2021, new steer tires and rear brake pads in 2023, and in 2024 all 4 rear tires plus engine serpentine belt, tensioner and pulleys. Two new house batteries installed in Aug. 2026. Rig has been well maintained with annual oil & filter changes for engine and generator. Everything works, except as noted below. Have maintenance log from my ownership, all manuals, plus an electronic reference library.

81,000 miles on the odometer, 1,426 hours on the generator.

The minuses minor exterior wear, most notably an only fair cosmetic repair to the rear bumper corner area by a prior owner. The fresh water line to the black tank flush will leak somewhat when under pressure (it is a freshwater leak only and runs out below). Black and gray tank sensors are somewhat unreliable (arent they all??) Icemaker has been cranky occasionally. Minor interior wear from use.
