The 2012 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S is a travel trailer that offers convenience and comfort for your adventures on the road. With a sleek design and spacious interior, this model is perfect for those looking to explore the great outdoors without sacrificing the comforts of home.

This RV is super clean and has many extra features. We have a clean title. No accidents and no damage. When not in use it has always been covered.

The tires are 4 yrs old with 2000 miles on them. Dry weight is 4730 lbs.

The interior has many great features. There is a fridge, microwave, stereo, DVD player, indoor/outdoor speakers, air conditioning and heating. The light fixtures have all been converted to LED. There is a full bathroom including sink, shower and toilet. We are including dishes, pots & pans, silverware, games, towels and many more extras.

There is an RV Queen bed with a 2" memory foam topper. We are including the sheets and many extra blankets. The table area converts to a bed. We have added blackout curtains which makes for a great nights sleep.

We have all of the original manuals along with a binder of information we have collected along the way.

There are #2 RV extension power cords, #2 water hoses. All sewer hook up parts including the hose. We are including a portable sewer tank that has never been used. There are leveling blocks along with extra stabilizing jacks. #2 Custom FBM truck storage boxes. One has been designed to hold 2 Honda 2000 generators with the ability to add added security both inside the truck box as well as the outside when in use. Other features include a diamond plate battery box with a lock, Propane tank and lock kit, power tongue lift, a mount for bike racks, rear bumper hitch, roof ladder and Water tank fill nozzles. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill that has been gently used.

Last but not least the roof is in great condition. There are no leaks. After each trip the roof and rubber seals were treated with RV care products. We will include whatever products we have left. The decals were treated with a wipe on product to help them last longer. Again, when the RV was not in use we have always had it covered.
