2005 Lazy Daze 26.5 Mid Bath on the Ford E-450 chassis with the V10 and 82,082 miles. This is a very clean, well-maintained example of one of the most respected classic Class C motorhomes, with extensive maintenance documentation, useful upgrades and a highly functional Mid Bath/rear lounge floorplan. It presents and operate exceptionally well for a 21-year-old coach, with normal age-related cosmetic wear.

We have owned the coach for approximately five years and are its third owners. I have maintenance records from the prior owners as well as our ownership, with annual service performed consistently. The most recent full RV/chassis service was completed in July 2026, including inspection and operation of the major coach systems.

The Mid Bath layout provides a spacious rear lounge surrounded by large Lazy Daze windows, separate bath area, full galley, front dinette and cab-over sleeping area. Lazy Daze coaches are known for their distinctive aluminum construction, large windows, excellent storage and strong owner following.

This coach is especially well suited to buyers who want to camp away from full-hookup sites. The combination of solar, inverter/charger, house-battery bank, very low-hour Onan generator and HWH hydraulic leveling provides considerably more flexibility than a basic campground-only Class C.
The original refrigerator and water heater remain in service and were tested during the most recent annual inspection. Dometic roof air conditioning and propane furnace are also functioning properly.
The exterior still shows very well, with bright white and gray Lazy Daze finishes, clean windows and trim, polished wheels and the classic Lazy Daze rear ladder and roof rack. The interior retains the original Lazy Daze character with extensive wood cabinetry and the large panoramic rear lounge.
This is a 21-year-old motorhome, so a buyer should expect normal cosmetic wear consistent with age. I have tried to maintain it properly rather than simply make it look good for sale, and the maintenance file reflects that.
