2002 Monaco Dynasty, 40' double slide with tag axle fully loaded with all of the options. 400 HP Cummins ISL and Allison Trans and 2 position jacobs brake (not exhaust brake).
I have owned this coach since 2020 and have had it on many camp trips from the Oregon coast to Eastern Idaho.
It was a single couch with desk layout and having 2 kids we removed the desk and added a second Couch/ Jack bed. We had both couches reupholstered to match. Custom window coverings throughout, all brass cabinetry hardware was removed and changed to nickel. Interior is in excellent shape.
AGM coach batteries with added solar panel on roof, we run the gen for an hour a day while making coffee and the solar panels keep it maintained the remainder as long as we do not need the A/C running.
Aqua Hot system, serviced last year with all new boiler fluid, burner tip and reflector.
Girard armless powered awning match painted and slide topper awnings, Roof top heat pumps and Dometic fridge components replaced in 2020.
Full body paint in great shape with the typical upper corner clear coat peeling as they do. (I am planning to have this repaired soon) Clear bra on the entire front of the coach in great shape. Upgraded HID headlights and fog lights that actually light up the road. Basement compartment doors on the curb side are side hinge and work really well, Drivers side are top hinge due to opening under the large slide, also work great. Both basement compartments have pull out trays that lock in place.
All services have been done annually including engine and transmission fluids and filters.
Major service work in 2023 include new diesel injection pump, lift pump, fuel lines between tank and filter blocks, belts, coolant, custom fabricated aluminum coolant reservoir and filters.
Steer and tag axle tires replaced in 2024, Drives in great shape with lots of life left.
Has electric trailer brakes wired in, and back up camera.
10k Onan diesel generator on hydraulic slide out, purrs like new .
Auto leveling air system, no leveling jacks.

Overall a beautiful coach inside and out ready for many more adventures.
It has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse since I have owned it and the previous owners. Unsure prior to that. I have personally performed most of the annual fluid and filter maintenance and been under and all around this coach and it is in exceptional shape top to bottom, no de-icer or salt. Electrical compartments are spotless and free of corrosion.
