I purchased this motorhome with a specific purpose in mind, went through it to make sure it was reliable, used it for the reason I got it, and now its time to sell it.

Mechanically it is strong. It starts and runs great. It sets on a P32 Workhorse chassis with a GM 8100 Votec engine and GM Hydra-Matic 4L80-E Transmission. It had a complete service (including the generator) in 2022, 16,800 miles ago, that included all new fluids, belts, hoses, filters, plugs, plug wires. The Transmission was flushed and serviced, and I was told by the mechanic that it is in great condition. Since Ive had it, at minimum based on mileage, its been serviced at least annually including oil, lube, filter checks, front hub bearing repacks and generator. The front airbags were also replaced and the shocks checked during the full service. It passes smog with no problem and is current.

The ignition was upgraded to a push to start system to eliminate known factory switch overheating problem. All the lights, interior and exterior were converted to LED, except for the headlights and front turn indicators, but they were also replaced with new.
The backup camera was replaced with a Garmin system, and the compatible GPS will be included.

It has all Interstate Batteries including two Interstate 100AH AGM house batteries.

The interior is clean and in fairly good shape with a new vinal floor and hook curtains.
