We are selling our beloved Claire. She has been meticulously maintained and all systems work perfectly.

*FlexArmor Roof 2017 (not to be confused with RV Armor) guaranteed not to leak, Fully transferable, lifetime warranty.

*New Onan 5500 Generator, 2021, only about 200 hours. Oil changes with Amzoil oil ONLY.

*Both Colman Rooftop ACs have been replaced. (Front AC-2018 & Rear AC-2022)

*Custom full body paint job and new Carefree window and Large Main Awning replaced -2017.

*New Waiter thermostat (controls heat/AC) with another brand new Waiter back up themostat. Also, 2 other rebuilt OEM Intellitec thermostats, worth $450 each).

*Custom Solar System (installed 2021)
-600 Watts of Solar panels, mounted to the roof on tillable brackets
-2 Battleborn 100Ah batteries, for total 200Ah
-30 MPPT Victron Controler
-3000 Watt Renogy Pure Sine Wave Inverter
-Victron display window, mounted in the cabin

*Hydraulic Auto Leveling Jacks on RV, (with one EXTRA rebuilt Jack as a spare)
