new diesel heater with remote/new on demand hot water tank/recently installed lithium house batteries with new solar panels/portable gen/factory invertor/additional invertor . fiberglass roof resealed with Grizzly brand. exterior has 1st coat of raptor coating /newer 10 ply tires and wheels / new stainless kitchen counter lots of parts in storage. This was purchased as a gift for approximately 12,000 + cost of solar/ instant hot water tank /battery upgrade solar management controller is blue tooth allowing battery monitoring remotely. Interior was gutted due to a leak in the fiberglass roof . Grizzly aerospace sealant was used for the repair. The interior was gutted but is mostly back with a storage locker full of cosmetic parts and tools that go with it. new seat covers for driver and passenger swivel recline seats was a 4 seat captain chair , 2 seats removed but remain in storage. near full sized 12 volt fridge with freezer in storage with the original 3 way fridge. These were removed to access the interior for leak repair. new front door seals and side door seals power window switch's still in package.
If you can turn a wrench or have a location to work on it to finish the repairs yo will get a fun RV.
Mid Bath rear dinette that converts to a bed plus a cab over large bed that is retractable for space or extra storage, I became ill and cannot finish it.
