Recent Maintenance & Entry Floor Repair

The RV did experience water damage at the entry floor. We want to be completely transparent about that.

The affected entry flooring was professionally removed and replaced, rather than patched or covered up. The work was completed to a very high standard and the area looks excellent. I'm happy to discuss the repair and show the completed work to any serious buyer.

Why We're Selling

We simply haven't used the Brinkley enough to justify keeping it. With only four trips, it has seen very little use compared with most 2024 fifth wheels on the market.

Between the king bed, unused washer and dryer, custom hickory accessories, upgraded sleeping accommodations, included Blackstone and Dyson, camping equipment, recent axle maintenance, and overall condition, this is an exceptionally well-equipped Z 3100.
