378 solitude Trim package was not available in the drop-dow menu. This is a Low mileage 378 MBS but was lived in by an older couple for two years so shows some minor wear and tear and needs some repair, hence the low price. Needs a main awning replaced.

This is a bunk room model but the bunk was removed because it was used as an office. The hanging bunk can still be re-added, but frankly, this is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work on the road and use the bunk room as an office again, or a handy person could create some decent bunks for children since the one that came with it was less than ideal.

-On-demand water heater installed,

-came from the factory with propane generator ( low hours)

-300 W of solar and a 2000w inverter.

-Washer/dryer small load unit installed.

-This rig will also include the Anderson ultimate fifth wheel hitch that it originally sold with.

-Furnace and the master bedroom air conditioning were replaced within the first two years. All appliances work.
