Pluses:
-Overall very clean and well built RV
- Lived in, but never pulled for travel/vacations (purchased new and locally when we moved)
- The 1st gen tank-less water heater worked great, but has just been upgraded to a 3rd gen unit
- Large residential refrigerator that runs on elec or gas
- Aluminum super structure w/thick insulated walls (4 seasons)
- Very expensive custom fitted skirting with double wall material (NASA grade cover), for winter.
- All slides are covered with awnings, and have wraps with made from the same material as the skirting.
Minuses
- Some of the faux leather couches are peeling. We used covers.
- The original dining table and chairs have been removed; we used residential furniture instead.
- The washer/dryer have worked great, but recently the washer has developed a shake during the spin cycle. (bearings?)
