Selling because our teenagers have hit the age where camping with mom and dad ranks below almost everything else. Nothing wrong with the camper. We just aged out of it.

SLEEPS 8 COMFORTABLY, 10 IF YOU NEED IT

Three fold-out tent ends, each with a true residential queen at 60 by 80. Not the sad little bunk you're picturing. That's six people in real beds before you touch anything else. The U-shaped dinette converts and the sofa flips out, so ten is on the table. Eight is where it actually feels good.

Every tent end has its own fan, light, heated mattress, and privacy curtain.

TOWING

5,111 lbs dry, 6,652 GVWR, 652 lb hitch weight, 1,541 lbs cargo capacity. Easy half-ton tow. Packs down to 24'10" so it fits a normal driveway, opens to 29'7".

INSIDE

Full range with oven, three burner cooktop, microwave, vented hood, double bowl stainless sink, two door fridge with freezer.

The bathroom is better than you expect in a hybrid this size. Corner shower with real glass doors and a skylight above it, vent fan, medicine cabinet, vanity, and a full height linen closet.

POWER AND CONNECTIVITY

190 watt rooftop solar running to a 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter with dedicated outlets. Bluetooth charge controller, so you can check your batteries from your phone. Handles up to 600 watts if you want more panels. Double battery boxes.

I worked from this camper on the road. The Teton WiFi booster and antenna pulled in campground WiFi well enough to run my devices and the kids' devices at the same time. Furrion TV and stereo with interior and exterior speakers.

OUTSIDE

17' power awning with color changing LED strip. Outdoor gas griddle, outside shower with hot and cold, exterior speakers, power tongue jack, slide topper, and pass through storage for days.

We swapped the factory key lock for keypad entry with two remote fobs. No more of the whole family standing outside while somebody figures out who has the key.

CLIMATE

Coleman Mach AC that gets genuinely cold, 35,000 BTU ducted furnace, two MaxxAir fans, 12v heated tanks, insulated roof and underbelly. The heated mattresses are a party trick in Texas right up until you take it to Colorado in the fall.

CANVAS

The part everyone asks about, so here it is up front. We run Gekko covers on all three tent ends while camping, which cuts heat and sheds rain. Combined with covered storage, the canvas is in excellent shape. No staining, sagging, or repairs. It came with a five year tent warranty from the factory and never needed a claim.

BUILT RIGHT

Six sided aluminum frame, Azdel composite construction, laminated walkable roof, Dexter torsion axles, TST tire pressure monitoring, Goodyear Endurance tires. Original tires, low miles, tread still looks like new.

54 gal fresh, 30 gray, 30 black. Two 20 lb propane bottles. Tandem axle, bumper pull.

EVERYTHING GOES WITH IT

Weight distribution hitch, sway control, chocks, hoses, and surge protector all convey. That's close to a thousand dollars of gear you'd otherwise be buying at Camping World before your first trip. Hook up and go.

Original paperwork available. There's a loan on it that gets paid off at closing, and the title releases once the lender is paid. Normal private party process, and I'll have the payoff figure and paperwork steps ready so it's simple on your end.
