This is a gorgeous 32-5m 36' 5th wheel RV with 3 slideouts on sturdy and reliable rack and pinion systems. Unlike most of the other RVs on the market produced under the THOR INDUSTRIES or Forest River umbrella companies that own 90% of the RV market, Northwood is an independent mfg. known for their quality and workmanship. This is a TRUE 4 season RV designed for year round occupancy. It features a heated belly section to prevent cold seep and frozen pipes. It also has 1 in. thick insulated side panels to assist in insulation properties keeping both cool and warm where they belong, no matter what season. It also features a properly designed curved roof to aid in water shedding and snow load. This rig was purchased by my wife and I This past April and intended to be our temporary home while we developed raw land and built a house but that plan changed recently when we found an existing home on acerage. We never actually used it even once. The previous owner cared for her well and we had Camping World go through it prior to purchase and install the "Lets go camping" package including 2 new 12 volt deep cycle batteries and a brand new mattress, still in the plastic. We had them install 4 new tires as can be seen in the tire picture showing the date code. It comes with a factory installed transfer switch for a generator to be connected and I put a gently used Predator 3000 watt generator in the forward storage bay but it is not wired in.
