Good camper, livable, but needs some work. Great flip opportunity or quick fixer-upper for experienced handy person. 43-foot fifth wheel. Unique floorplan which separates the living, kitchen and bedroom. Bought it with the intention of remolding the interior, but.. life.
Gut Job Started - most carpet removed (small amount remains on stairs and in bedroom), removed out-of-date audio-video cabinetry (wiring still in tact for speakers, cable, etc), removed flip up cabinet doors on upper cabinets in slides (cabinet frames and bases remain), removed used furniture (chairs, bed, etc), removed interior doors - living room and bedroom (bathroom door remains), removed padded window valances and blinds (blinds remain in the bedroom and over kitchen sink).
What Works: All slides (4), W/D, refrigerator (full side by side), microwave, stove, plumbing, two AC units (three total), fireplace (ambiance and heat), ceiling fan, vent fans, electrical outlets, ceiling lights, awning, gas heat.
What Doesn't Work/Replacement Items: Furnace, one AC unit, flooring under water heater tank needs to be replaced (tank is located under camper in under-carriage area), soft spot in the kitchen floor (top layer/visible flooring does not have any damage), under belly coroplast (about half).
Mentionable: Complete scrape and seal of roof in 2023, new-in-box hot water tank included with purchase (current one works, but needs replacing), new fuse box included with purchase (current one works), three TVs included with purchase (two new in box, one mounted above refrigerator), high quality artificial turf available if you want a roll (free - rolls are 40x7, require machinery to lift).
