The bathroom is spacious with lots of storage, a nice size shower with skylight to give you some extra headroom. The bathroom is between the master and the living space, so if you have company, they have full access also.

Open the blinds and let the sunshine in, with these beautiful large windows in the living room. So many places to sit and relax in this camper, including the 2 swivle rocking chairs. The new sofa is comfortable enough to relax on as is, or flip down into a bed! The table will fold down into a bed, and the seats have been reupholstered, the fabric is perfect and gives this dining table new life - Living room also has a TV which will stay with the sale.

Kitchen has everything you need, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and stove- plenty of counter space to make a nice meal. You will be pleasantly surprised at the storage space.

There was a leak in the left front corner at one time, this has been repaired, and the roof has been sealed (2025). This has been dry with no issues since the roof was sealed. No soft spots on the floors or in the corners!
A new hot water heater ( 6 gallon, in 2025) has been installed, so nice hot showers! A/C Blows cold. 2 30lb propane tanks.

Awning Fabric was replaced in 2024, and is in near perfect condition. This is a manual awing, and will come with the tie downs. All RV accessories are included, drinking water hose, sewer hose etc....
