Unexpected illness has changed my plans, so Im selling my much-loved Winnebago View sooner than anticipated. Ive priced it aggressively at $39,999 as-is for a straightforward, timely sale.

Ive owned this RV for four years and maintained it carefully. Service records are available, along with extensive photographs documenting the rear-wall repair and sealing work. The late, great Bob Kelly installed the solar himself

Documented Rear-Wall Repair
Older Winnebago Views are known for potential water intrusion along the lower rear wall. When I discovered early evidence of moisture intrusion, I addressed it rather than allowing it to progress. The affected lower portion was opened, thoroughly dried, repaired, restored and reinforced. The rear-wall trim and sealing system were replaced using factory-specification tape and sealant products. The entire repair was extensively photographed from start to finish. Detailed photographs of the original condition, repair process, materials and completed work are available upon request.

Known Items Needing Attention
The $39,999 as-is price reflects these items:
* Slide-out topper: Aging and should be replaced in the near future.
* Exterior speakers: Need replacement. New replacement speakers are included but have not been installed.
* Exterior note: One bracket supporting a decorative plastic roof/trim piece has begun to pull away from the fiberglass. The area has been thoroughly sealed and waterproofed and is currently watertight. The next owner can choose to replace the decorative trim/bracket or simply leave the sealed bracket as-is.
