This 2008 Itasca Navion 24H has been carefully maintained over the past 10 years, with detailed records kept for maintenance, repairs, oil changes, battery replacements, fuel mileage, and other service history. The motorhome was stored in a garage for most of that time, until approximately one year ago.

It was recently inspected at the Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, Ohio Sprinter Service Center and received a clean bill of health.

Built on a Dodge/Mercedes Sprinter chassis, this Navion is powered by a 6-cylinder diesel engine and does not require DEF. It currently has approximately 87,400 miles.

Features and specifications include a new awning, one slideout, sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people, with 3 sleeping comfortably, a convection microwave, three-burner propane stove, 3,600-watt LP generator, 6-gallon propane/electric water heater, and a two-way propane/electric refrigerator.

Water capacities include a 28-gallon fresh water tank, plus the 6-gallon water heater for approximately 34 gallons total, a 27-gallon gray water tank, and a 33-gallon black water tank.

Additional features include a 3,500 lb towing hitch, 350 lb tongue weight capacity, 13,000 BTU air conditioning, 25,000 BTU furnace, rear bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and closet, electric entry steps, power windows, power mirrors, and power locks.

The tires were replaced in March 2023 and have a manufacture date from the 19th week of 2022. New coach batteries were installed in 2025, and the interior lighting has been upgraded to LED.
