One of our favorite features! We converted the second bedroom into a dedicated private office, giving you an actual separate workspace instead of trying to work from the dining table or living room.

Its an ideal setup for remote workers, business owners or anyone who wants a private office or hobby room while traveling.

We kept the original bunkhouse/bedroom setup and table, and can be included with the RV if the new owner ever wants to return the room to its original configuration.

We replaced the standard factory mattress with an upgraded mattress for a much more comfortable nights sleep.

UPGRADED LARGER TV
The main living area has been upgraded with a larger TV for a better entertainment experience and those relaxing nights at camp.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN
One of the best features for camping! Cook, entertain and enjoy the outdoors without constantly going in and out of the RV.

WASHER/DRYER HOOKUPS
The bathroom is already equipped with washer and dryer hookups, making it easy to add laundry appliances for full-time living or extended trips.

Dont need a washer and dryer? The space can instead be used as additional bathroom/storage space.

3-INCH LIFT
This fifth wheel has a 3-inch lift, providing additional clearance and making it a great setup for todays taller or lifted trucks.

ANDERSEN HITCH SETUP
Currently equipped for an Andersen hitch, but it can be converted back to accommodate a traditional fifth-wheel hitch.

PET-FRIENDLY DINING SETUP
We currently have a furniture-style piece in the dining area that doubles as a dog kennel, giving your dog a comfortable space without having a traditional wire crate sitting in the living area.

We still have the original dining table, and can be included with the RV if youd prefer the traditional dining setup.

️ ADDED HEAT SENSORS
Additional heat monitoring has been installed for extra peace of mind especially helpful when traveling or camping with pets.

ADDED WATER SENSORS
Water sensors have been added to help detect potential leaks early, an especially valuable upgrade in an RV.
