RV Description

This is a SOLID & well maintained RV ideal for travel, residence, or with some upgrades an AirBnB!
I replaced the slide out floor & motor 4 years ago, as well as new wiring & tail lights.
The tires, awning, inverter, carbon monoxide detector, & furnace wiring were replaced 7 years ago.
The a/c was replaced in 2021 HOWEVER, it stopped running over a year ago. Im told it probably needs a condenser. The stock refrigerator is not functioning (I used it as a closet) & the awning motor needs to be replaced. I used a window unit a/c (included).
The roof was sealed 3 years ago, & I have maintained it well. They literally dont make them like this anymore...with the simple repairs & upgrades in mind, I have it priced (AS IS) to sell!!!
