Beautifully maintained 2021 Jayco North Point 373BHOK luxury fifth wheel in excellent condition. This spacious, residential-style bunkhouse has traveled fewer than 500 miles and is exceptionally well suited for a family, extended seasonal stays, or full-time RV living.

We purchased this fifth wheel while building our new home and lived in it for approximately three years. Once our home was completed, it was used during the summer months as a carefully maintained Airbnb from approximately June through October. It has remained stationary on our private property since being delivered from Wisconsin to Northern Michigan and has not experienced the normal road wear associated with a frequently traveled RV.

The fifth wheel has been regularly cleaned and maintained, washed and waxed, and properly winterized and stored each winter. Everything is in good working order, with no known issues. It has been treated as a home rather than a typical camping trailer, and its condition reflects that care.

The main bathroom features a large residential-style shower with glass doors, attractive tile-look surround, vanity, stainless sink, storage, and excellent lighting. With one full bathroom and one half bathroom, this floor plan is particularly comfortable for families or guests.

The central living and kitchen area feels bright, open, and residential. It includes a large kitchen island with stainless sink, abundant cabinetry and pantry storage, residential-size refrigerator, microwave, range and oven, entertainment center, fireplace, theater seating, dining area, ceiling fan, and large windows throughout.
