RV has been renovated with new flooring, paint, furniture, and fireplace with built-in heater. A mounted desk and monitor offer perfect setup for remote work while you travel. Floors and paint have normal wear and tear from 2 years of use.

Large rear kitchen. This space is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and plenty of counter space. The rear kitchen layout allows for easy access to all appliances and storage areas.

Equipped with Renogy 800W off-grid solar system. Depending on sunlight and usage, the system is capable of powering the RV throughout the day and most of the night. Solar can even run the microwave.

Current Issues with RV:
Heater is not working. We have replaced the sail switch which is a common fault, but that was not the issue. Potentially an issue with the thermostat. RV does have fireplace with bult-in heater that works on shore power but will drain the solar batteries quickly.

Waste tanks have a crack. Typically not an issue unless tanks are filled completely they will begin to leak. The crack will need to be sealed or tanks replaced.

RV has slight damage on underside storage door on driver's side. Hit a pole while parking. Underside storage door sticks but functions properly.
