We bought this on December 22 2024 to live in while remodeling our home . We drove it 60 miles from the dealer and set it up. I upgraded the kitchen sink , bathroom sink , and faucets. I also upgraded the A/C duct work , as the factory installed inlet was poorly designed. It has an on demand gas tankless water heater . There is an outdoor kitchenette with a mini frige and sink and storage. Also an unused bumper mounted gas grilI. I also have a brand new in the box RV queen mattress for the master bed. I also have a pressure treated deck that can be easily disassembled that goes with it. We have always had the heat and air on , along with a dehumidifier running. Everything works as it should. I also have a Good Sam warranty that I purchased for 5 years , that the balance  is fully transferable to the new owner at.no cost .
