RV Description

More photos coming. I just uploaded the ones I had in my phone. We purchased this 2020 Thor Motor Coach Class A motorhome with the intention of converting it into a mobile showroom for our company. Those plans changed, and since purchasing it, we have never actually taken it on an RV trip. We drove it approximately three miles from the dealership to our location, where it has remained.

Since this was our first RV purchase, we were extremely thorough before buying it. We paid for a comprehensive third-party inspection, which we can provide to a serious buyer, and used that inspection to have the dealer address the items that needed attention before we took possession.

A significant amount of work was completed, including:

* New tires at the time of purchase
* Automatic entry step/step motor replaced
* Tank valves addressed
* Fresh-water system sanitized
* Rear marker cap repaired/replaced
* Curbside mirror replaced
* Exterior TV replaced
* Awning fabric replaced
* Awning cap installed
* Track-lighting cover addressed
* Faucet/water-flow issue corrected
* Bathroom vent rewired
* Front-entry weather stripping addressed
* Leveling system/jack pad repaired/replaced
* Additional items identified during the inspection addressed by the dealer

Our goal at the time was simple: since we didn't know much about RVs, we wanted the dealer to address as much as possible before we agreed to purchase it. As a result, a considerable amount of reconditioning and maintenance was completed prior to us taking possession.

The coach currently has approximately **47,000 miles**. We want to be completely transparent about the mileage, but also provide the context that the RV was professionally inspected and a substantial list of items was addressed at the time we purchased it.

Inside, the coach offers the space and amenities you'd expect from a Class A motorhome, including a large living area, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping accommodations, exterior entertainment and plenty of room for extended travel.

Ultimately, we discovered that we're simply not RV people. Our business plans for it changed, we've never taken it camping or on a road trip, and there's no reason for us to continue owning something we're not going to use.

We're not in a rush to sell. We believe this could make a lot of sense for someone who understands RVs and appreciates the value of buying a coach where a professional inspection was performed and a substantial amount of corrective work was completed before the current owner ever used it.

**Professional inspection report available to serious buyers.**
