Well-maintained 2017 Grand Design Momentum 399TH toy hauler with several upgrades that make it an excellent option for full-time living, extended travel, or weekend adventures. I am the second owner and completed an interior remodel in 2021 that gives the coach a bright, modern feel.

The interior features painted white walls and cabinets, creating a much more open and updated look than the original factory finishes. The front bedroom has been converted from a queen bed to twin beds, providing greater flexibility and comfort for kids. The garage area includes a queen bed and a washer/dryer, making the RV well suited for long-term travel.

Known Issues (Fully Disclosed)

Soft spot in the garage floor beneath the LVP flooring. I have not opened the floor to investigate further. It supports my weight (185 lbs) and has not affected use, but it feels softer than the surrounding floor.
Intermittent leak at the front bedroom slide-out. Does not leak with slide in - likely needs new seals
Exterior vinyl decals show typical sun fading/wear.
Some clear coat peeling on front cap.

I believe in being upfront about the condition of the RV. The known issues have been reflected in the asking price, and inspections are welcome.

This Momentum has been well cared for and has many desirable upgrades that make it stand out from comparable units. Clean title in hand.
