This 29 foot 30amp RV camper has been basically gutted and remodeled. I am selling it FULLY FURNISHED with everything you need to hit road right away including a sway control hitch for your truck, drain and water lines, etc. It weighs around 7500 LBS and has been used by me since the upgrades maybe 6 times to go a few hundred miles.

Upgrades in the past 3 years:
Exterior:
- New AC/heater - all electric
- New water heater
- New tires
- New main exterior door and lock
- New main entrance steps
- Newly sealed roof

Interior:
- Bedroom was fully gutted and rebuilt to make room for a King size bed
- Custom cabinet and shelving including closet with 2 rows to hang clothes, under bed storage and above head cabinets.
- Natural wood and white shiplap throughout RV
- TV's in bedroom and Living room
- Extra AC in bedroom that vents through window. This keeps the room freezing cold in the summer! Can keep or not. I have the screen that goes in that window its vented through if you don't want the AC.
- BRAND NEW (July 2026) flooring AND subflooring throughout RV.
- New camper toilet (Not compostable)
- New bathroom sink/faucet
- New mirror cabinet
- Sliding doors to bathroom
- Kitchen cabinets are original but repainted
- New kitchen sink/faucet, Fridge, and microwave
- New desk area for two chairs (also fits 2 large dog crates underneath)
- Furnishings are all 2 years old and have been used about a dozen times including pull out couch that turns into a full size bed, King mattress and kitchen table/chairs.
- All lines and blankets, pillows, towels and kitchenware are included.
