2013 Dutchmen Kodiak 290 BHSL Travel Trailer, including a Reese Weight Distributing Hitch. As-Is - $3,000 OBO
EDIT: This is actually a 2013, NOT a 2012. Title clearly lists this as a 2013 model.

Selling our 2013 Dutchmen Kodiak 290 BHSL. The camper is currently set up at a seasonal campground in Howard, Oh and is still being used, but we have decided to sell it. The Kodiak 290 BHSL has a great layout with a rear bunkhouse and a super slide out, which opens up the camper immensely. Currently the camper sleeps 6, but could accommodate up to 10 persons. We are the original owners and the camper has been used only in and around Ohio.
This camper is used and it has a few issues, which are described below. All the major systems and appliances are currently working. The Microwave didn't work at first this spring. But it is now fully working.

KNOWN ISSUES:
- The camper has delamination of the front cap. See pics. There are no signs of any water leakage inside, around that front cap area. Which is above the Master Bedroom.
- There was a water leak we discovered last year (2025) at the right rear corner of the bunkhouse. The leak was repaired last summer (2025), and there is some signs on the interior wall in the bunk area, see pics.
- There are a few soft spots in the flooring: One near the entrance door, one around the kitchen area, one in the bunk area.
- The original dinette table has been removed, although the dinette benches remain.
- The couch has also been removed.
CURRENT USE:
The camper has been kept at the seasonal campground and has not been towed on the road since 2019, other than being moved between the campsite and on-site storage.
The 290 BHSL has a great bunkhouse floorplan and offers a lot of usable space.
AS-IS SALE:
The camper is being sold AS-IS. Free and clear title. The known issues above are being disclosed so the buyer can make an informed decision. Buyer is welcome and encouraged to inspect the camper on site, near Howard, Oh, thoroughly before purchase.
I am happy to show the camper and answer questions. Please message thru RV Tracer if you would like to set up an appointment for inspection. Please ask any questions before making an offer.
