Clean Title. Oregon Tags 2028. Over 100 pictures available to show details of interior and exterior. Ford E450 Super Duty V10. Onan 4000 Generator 578 hrs. and serviced in 2026. New battery cables and battery check in 2026 (Camping World). 30-amp power. New Roof, King Antenna, Batteries, Water Pump & Shower Skylight in 2023 (Camping World). New front brakes in 2025. 3,000 miles on all 6 new Les Schwab tires in 2026 including a brake inspection. Safety and road check, new Serpentine belt, brake fluid flush, up-to-date maintenance records and original Sunseeker Manual and Ford Manual. Entire roof & exterior recaulked in 2026 (Camping World). New decals over entire exterior in 2021. Partial area on one stripe now showing weathering/fading. Small scrape on power-cord access door. Tree limb damage to roof seam over driver door in 2023. Resulted in small area of water damage in corner of overhead bed floor (apprx. six inches). All repaired and solid by Camping World. They did the new roof, etc, (as noted in the first paragraph) at the same time. Kobalt storage/wood/fishing-supplies box installed by Airstream Service Dept (brings total RV length to 30' 4"). Additional 5' folding RV ladder. Optional Allen 3-bike rack, model 530RR. For 18 years the unit was fully covered each winter. Two years, roof cover. One owner 20 years. No smoking, no pets. No slides, which allows 100% interior access even while driving or parked in tight spaces. No back-up camera. We easily use our walkie talkies, which are included. Sleeps 6-8. Queen bed with upgrade mattress in 2020, queen overhead bunk, drop-down dinette table, jackknife couch/bed. Original cushions and couch have always been protected by custom, washable fabric covers. (Pictures of couch will show both the original upholstery and also the custom fabric covers). The accordion shades have been replaced with custom glide curtains with sun protection/privacy lining. All in excellent condition. Toilet and sink in one room. Separate shower. 14' manual awning. Dinette window awning. Ceiling AC in living area. Central heating with auto-ignition furnace. New T17 smoke alarm in living area w/10-year battery. Hard-wired smoke alarm in bedroom. Rain guards on all ceiling vents. Dashboard, seats, cab are all in excellent condition. 2-layer fabric dashboard cover. Swivel LED TV/DVD in overhead and LED TV/DVD in bedroom. Exceptionally clean - mechanically sound.
