We have owned and loved this rig for five years, using it about once-a-month. It is garage-kept and always plugged in with AC on. We planned to keep this rig forever, however, we now need a different floorplan for how our family travels. The upper bunk currently holds two twin mattresses, however a Queen fits with room to spare. When the kids were younger, they slept on the lower bunk.

Onboard generator w/ 600 hours, Oil changed regularly; 30 gal tank, only rec 90 gas has ever been used

On-board 30 gal fuel station for gassing up toys, expands generator fuel on board to 60 gals.
Reese Goosebox Gen 2 included; lets you tow with a gooseneck hitch setup instead of a traditional 5th wheel hitch.

Condition & Maintenance
We've treated this trailer like we planned to own it forever, because we did:
All 3 A/C units serviced every year
Filters changed monthly not "when we remember"
Roof inspected and resealed annually
Everything works- appliances, slides, generator, systems, all of it
Cosmetically, it shows the normal life of a well-used (not abused) rig: a few small nicks and a couple of trim pieces that have loosened over time. Nothing structural, nothing hidden. Happy to be specific about exactly where.

Delivery: Anywhere in Florida except the Panhandle, can deliver further for a fee.
