Offered for private sale is our 2017 Northwood Arctic Fox 27-5L, a high-quality four-season fifth wheel known for Northwood's heavy-duty construction and all-season capability.

We have owned this unit since 2018, and it has been used for five camping trips. When not in use, it has been stored indoors, helping preserve the exterior, roof, interior, cabinetry, and finishes.

The camper is paid in full, has a clean title in hand, and has no known leaks.

This Arctic Fox has seen very limited recreational use, relative to its age. The interior is clean and well kept, with warm wood cabinetry, comfortable seating, solid-surface counters, a private front bedroom, full bathroom, and generous storage throughout.

The camper has not been used since the 2023 tires were installed and it was returned to storage.
