This 2022 Holiday Rambler Armada 40M Luxury 40 Class A diesel pusher sits on a Freightliner Titan Bridge chassis and is powered by a Cummins 380 hp L9 engine with only 29,000 miles. It was purchased new in March 2022 by the current, non-smoking, owners.

The coach has a bath and a half, 2 door refrigerator with bottom drawer large freezer, 2 burner Induction cooktop, large micro convection oven with easy clean nonstick interior, farm style sink, dishwasher, washer and dryer, double sinks in master bath, walk in shower with bench seat.

As mentioned above, the sale includes a transferable extended warranty through National RV Care, which does not expire until you reach 75,000 miles or 2/10/2029.

For towing your accessory vehicle, a Blue Ox tow bar with10,000 pound tow rating

8.0 kw Onan diesel generator that can be activated by switches on the dash, Firefly control panel, or while lying in bed. It also can be set to automatically start when the batteries reach a pre-set level or the campground shore power becomes insufficient.

3 -15,000 BTU A/Cs. The bedroom a/c is equipped with a heat pump. There are also 3 Fantastic fans, with remote control, located in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Each fan is equipped with a vent cover so you can keep them open in inclement weather.

The 6 house (coach) batteries were replaced in August 2025 at the REV (Holiday Rambler) factory with new, maintenance free, AGM batteries rated at105-amp hours each

The Titan Bridge chassis option provides the underbelly with oversize basement storage, is lighted and has an additional full slide out tray in the rear making easy access to everything stored in the forward 2 pass-through bays.

Aqua Hots 400D heating system provides continuous hot water and living area furnace, and runs on electric, diesel fuel or both at the same time. An electric fireplace provides an alternative heat source and ambiance.
For those cool mornings and evenings the tile floors are heated in both the front and rear.
4 TVs, (two LG and two Samsung). The main is a 55 located opposite the theater seat recliner in the living room. This TV is mounted on a televator so you may lower it into the cabinet when you prefer the view from the window. There is a TV located over the dashboard, one in the bedroom and one outside for game day. For added security, these TVs are wired to the three exterior cameras so you can view whats going on outside the coach when parked.
All windows have manual MCD/roll up day and night shades. There are also power day and night shades on the windshield controllable from the drivers cockpit.
The bedroom features a king size bed, double hanging wardrobe closets and a spacious dresser, The living area features a full-size sofa with pull out bed. theater seating across from main TV, and the optional drop-down bed above cab.

Front and rear electric Girard awnings provide shade to the entire passenger side of the coach.
A Wineguard in-motion satellite dish is mounted on the roof and is currently set to view DISH Network but can also be configured for DirecTV. Mounted next to the satellite dish is a King wi-fi extender which allows you to boost and secure campground wi-fi reception
The drivers safety is assisted with the Mobile Eye lane change and forward-looking warning system that lets you know when other drivers get a little too close or if there is someone in your blind spot.
The coach is equipped with the Firefly electronic control system allowing you to operate the majority of the coach electronics with your smart cellphone from anywhere that has access to wi-fi.

If you happen to be looking for a towed vehicle, we will consider selling our 2022 Ram 1500 Longhorn quad cab pickup that has the Air Force One braking system and is ready to tow. The pickup was purchased at the same time as the motorhome and currently has 33,000 miles on the odometer.
Sometimes people wonder why the owners are selling. We have had an RV of one type or another for 40 years. This coach is our tenth RV and we have decided to downsize to a Class B motorhome and head to Alaska in something a little smaller...
