Trailer has cold weather insulation package so fully insulated and sealed underneath. Trailer has auto-level system with 1 touch level. Works great. Hit the button and it does the rest. Electric tongue jack with light. Trailer has 2 batteries and 2 (20) gallon propane tanks. Has built in light duty trailer hitch on rear bumper and comes with new spare tire and mounting rack.
