For the past three summers, our RV has been our home on the shores of beautiful Lake Champlain in Grand Isle, Vermont. Weve made wonderful memories there, but now its time to let someone else enjoy our beautiful and comfortable fifth wheel and make memories of their own.

This is our 2019 Forest River Flagstaff Super Lite 528RKS, a two-slide, rear-kitchen fifth wheel. It has been very well cared for and is in very good condition. It has provided us with a wonderfully comfortable home away from home and is equally well suited for extended stays or traveling.

ANDERSEN 3220 FIFTH-WHEEL HITCH INCLUDED

The sale includes our Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection #3220 aluminum gooseneck-mount hitch.

The Andersen is a lightweight premium fifth-wheel hitch weighing approximately 37 lbs and rated for up to 24,000 lbs GTWR.

The hitch goes with the RV and is included in the $26,900 asking price.

WASHER/DRYER INCLUDED

The washer/dryer that we used in this fifth wheel is also INCLUDED with the sale.

We originally had it installed in the RV but later removed it because we preferred having the additional pantry/storage space. The new owner therefore has a choice: keep the additional pantry/storage space as we have, or reinstall the washer/dryer for the convenience of having laundry facilities onboard.

CONDITION

This fifth wheel has been very well cared for. The roof is in good condition, and the interior and cabinetry have been well maintained. Non-smokers and no pets. The RV has never been exposed to cigarette smoke or pet odors while in our ownership.

The upgraded 12-Ply Hercules tires have only approximately 4,000 miles on them, and the heated electric theater seating was purchased only about a year ago.

This has been a very comfortable RV for us, and we have enjoyed it tremendouslyespecially during our summers on Lake Champlain. We would like to see it go to someone who will enjoy it as much as we have.
