CHASSIS & DRIVING

Built on the premium Spartan K3 tag-axle chassis with 605 HP, this coach was designed to deliver an exceptional combination of power, stability, comfort and long-distance cruising capability.

Features include Newmar Comfort Drive steering with adjustable control, air leveling, hydraulic leveling jacks, power tilt and telescoping VIP Smart Steering Wheel, driver-seat/pedal/steering-column/mirror memory settings, tire-pressure display integrated into the glass dash, and heated & cooled power front seats with lumbar, recline and footrests.

The interior is finished in beautiful Ginger Glazed Cherry hardwood cabinetry with full-overlay doors and an ultra-high-gloss finish.

Premium appointments include heated tile flooring, polished solid-surface countertops throughout the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, farmhouse-style kitchen sink, Villa Ultra Leather seating, power window shades and lambrequins, power windshield and driver/passenger shades, and frameless double-pane tinted safety-glass windows.

The spacious master bathroom is exceptionally well designed, featuring a full tiled shower, washer and dryer closet, and a built-in laundry hamper conveniently located between the shower and washer/dryer one of those small luxury features that makes a big difference when traveling.

ENTERTAINMENT & TECHNOLOGY

This King Aire is loaded with premium electronics and entertainment equipment, including a touchscreen navigation system with dual monitors, Harman/JBL 360-watt sound system and subwoofer, Bose 300 SoundTouch soundbar, Bose Solo 5 bedroom speaker, Sony 49 4K TVs in the living and bedroom areas, and Blu-ray player.

POWER, CLIMATE & UTILITIES

This King Aire was built for true luxury travel and extended stays.

It features a 12.5kW Onan diesel generator with automatic changeover, two 3,000-watt true-sine inverters, 50-amp electrical service with power cord reel and automatic transfer switch, and three 15,000-BTU Penguin heat-pump central air conditioners with remote thermostat control.

The coach also features hydronic diesel heat with continuous hot water and heated tile floors, providing exceptional comfort during colder-weather travel.

The kitchen includes a Whirlpool stainless-steel 19.7-cu.-ft. residential refrigerator with water dispenser, while an additional Dometic 2.8-cu.-ft. freezer is located on a pullout tray in an exterior compartment.

Other conveniences include a central vacuum system with tool kit, power water-hose reel, manifold plumbing system, full tiled shower walls and floor, and power holding-tank dump valves.

EXTERIOR & STORAGE

The King Aire features Newmars premium luxury construction, including aluminum-frame sidewalls and roof construction.

Exterior features include chrome power baggage-door locks, keyless entrance door with touchpad and doorbell, powered engine-access door lift, and large pass-through basement storage with two powered storage trays accessible from either side.
